Within this program, you will be invited to attend eight infrared sauna sessions.
Infrared sauna therapy utilizes infrared light waves to generate heat in the body. These waves penetrate deeper into the tissues without excessively raising the temperature of the sauna room, making this therapy ideal for people who can’t tolerate the heat and humidity of traditional sauna rooms.
Here are some of the key benefits of infrared sauna sessions:
Each sauna session lasts approximately 15–20 minutes and is recommended at least twice a week for optimal benefits.
You’ll also get access to my book, The Food Prescription. This book outlines the poor health condition of Americans and provides a detailed look into how to optimize your health, naturally.
It also offers insights into how the body functions, providing a step-by-step approach to reversing health issues through nutrition, all supported by scientific research.

Week 1: Bootcamp introduction session:
Participants will receive essential informational packets covering everything from detox guidelines and time-restricted eating.
An initial biometric testing will also be conducted.
Plus, you can attend a live Q&A session.
2nd Saturday: 6-7am workout session @ The Zone, 8:30am – 12pm
Week 2: The second Bootcamp session is an interactive in-person shopping round, where you’ll learn to make healthy, smart choices in real-time. Plus, you can attend a dynamic Q&A session to fine-tune your strategy.
3rd Saturday: 6-7am workout session @ The Zone, 8:30am – 12pm @ MHW
Weeks 3 and 4: The third and fourth bootcamp sessions are in-person, raw vegan food demos with Chef JJ.
At the end, you can attend an insightful Q&A session to discover delicious, nourishing recipes and tips to elevate your plant-based lifestyle.
4th Saturday: 6am-7am workout session @ The Zone, 8:30am – 12pm @ MHW
5th Saturday: 6-7am workout session @ The Zone, 8:30am – 12pm @ MHW
Week 5: Final bootcamp session: You will watch a presentation on your next steps for your continued success.
Final biometric testing will also be conducted to track progress and set the stage for your next level of wellness.

I understand that I am signing up for the Garden Kitchen Program. All meal plans are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change. For discounts and other promotions, please see a wellness coordinator for more details.
Any changes or cancellations to meal plan and pick up schedule requires at least 48 hours’ notice and must be communicated via email at mealplans@montgomeryheart.com . Customers may receive credit to the Garden Kitchen for the remaining balance on a meal plan. If meal plan items are not picked up on the scheduled date with no notice, the items will not be replaced and will be counted against your remaining days.
Our store offers products with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, nut milks, and gluten.
All meal plan sales are final. No substitutions or other alterations are allowed. No refunds are allowed for missed pick-ups. No substitutions are allowed on meal plans A-E.
All meal plan orders placed by the end of day Friday will begin on the Tuesday the following week. Pick up times are on Tuesdays and Fridays, between 1 pm and 6 pm. Deliveries will be scheduled to arrive on Tuesdays and Fridays.
