Within this program, you will be invited to attend eight infrared sauna sessions.

Infrared sauna therapy utilizes infrared light waves to generate heat in the body. These waves penetrate deeper into the tissues without excessively raising the temperature of the sauna room, making this therapy ideal for people who can’t tolerate the heat and humidity of traditional sauna rooms.

Here are some of the key benefits of infrared sauna sessions:

  • They are affordable, safe, and extremely effective way to reduce pain, increase detoxification, improve the cardiovascular system, and more. There is near-infrared light which penetrates superficial tissues and far-infrared light which reaches deeper tissues.
  • They lower systemic resistance and systolic blood pressure, and increases oxygen and nutrient delivery to cells.
  • They help with cell regeneration and repair.
  • Lowers systemic resistance and systolic blood pressure, and increases oxygen and nutrient delivery to cells.
  • Enhances cell regeneration and repair.
  • The sauna may also have red light therapy, which helps maintain healthy hair, skin and nails.

Each sauna session lasts approximately 15–20 minutes and is recommended at least twice a week for optimal benefits.
