It is with a very heavy heart that we must share that after more than 20 years of caring for our community, Montgomery Heart and Wellness will be discontinuing medical services effective September 29, 2025. Effective immediately, we will not be scheduling any new appointments so that we can focus on supporting our existing patients through this transition. 

This decision has been incredibly difficult, knowing the impact it has on our loyal patients. Despite the tireless dedication of our team and every effort to sustain operations, unforeseen financial circumstances have made it impossible for us to continue providing care in the way you deserve. 

We understand that this news may feel unsettling, especially for those who have entrusted us with their ongoing care. Please know that our first priority is supporting you through this transition, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth transition of your care.
