The Food Rx Healthy Lifestyle Series is a health and wellness coaching and educational program designed for individuals with a desire to improve their overall health. The wellness team consists of individuals with expertise in allopathic and functional medicine, nutrition, culinary arts, and fitness. Participants are guided through a combined nutritional and fitness plan designed for their needs.  Weekly group sessions are held in our digital auditorium, allowing for individuals to participate from the comforts of their homes or workplaces. This program empowers members with theoretical, tactical, and experiential knowledge on how to improve their health holistically, with the possibility of avoiding or minimizing the need for medications and surgeries.  Individuals are provided a new outlook on their overall wellbeing.

The Food Rx Healthy Lifestyle Series

This program is ideal for individuals who desire direct interaction with the health and wellness team up front in addition to having a structured program they can follow independently. The healthy lifestyle series provides the participant with one year access to the food Rx nutrition plan and all of its benefits.  It consists of five virtual meetings with our health and wellness team discussing various topics ranging from optimal nutritional detox, fitness, special health practices such as grounding, yoga, and specially designed fitness plans, among other things.  The individual who participates in this program is afforded a comprehensive road map toward developing a lifelong healthy living plan.  Additionally, exercise prescriptions, food prep videos, numerous recipes and meal plans are included with this program.  Other educational video content includes expert panel sessions discussing things such as avoiding the dangers of EMF, removing toxins in your home and much more.

Dr. Baxter Montgomery is a Board-Certified Cardiologist with years of experience in the latest medical practices and nutritional health. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiology at the University of Texas and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He is the Medical Director of Montgomery Heart & Wellness comprehensive health and wellness center. He cares for individuals with cardiac arrhythmias, coronary heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, chronic inflammatory diseases as well as many other chronic illnesses. He manages a network of health and wellness professionals whose expertise covers the areas of state-of-the-art allopathic medicine, nutrition, fitness, functional medicine as well as other areas to bring about a comprehensive expertise for the care of his patients.

This program utilizes and defined plant based nutritional regimen that has been scientifically validated to improve various health parameters. The nutrition plan has been scientifically shown to reduce chronic inflammation by more than 30%.
